Dallas Mount, CEO of Ranch Management Consultants writes "Implementing new ideas in a business should be like pen riding freshly weaned calves. Not everyone will temp, and that’s a good thing. Here’s a 4 hour WOTB (Working On the Business) session to do with your ranch team this summer or fall. Have a meeting where everyone is expected to bring 3 ideas that will make the ranch better. Could be to improve profit, simplify operations, make life easier or a cost savings to the ranch."#ranching4profit #ranching #businessideas

Thank you, South Dakota, our SBA South Dakota District Office, Regional Administrator Aikta Marcoulier, our SBA Resource Partners, our SBA Community Navigators, our SBA cybersecurity grantee, and—most importantly—our South Dakota small business owners! We had a most amazing U.S. Small Business Administration 70th birthday celebration! There are 90,000 small businesses in SD providing employment for 58.5 percent of the eligible work force. Agriculture is the largest industry in the state with high production of soybeans, corn, wheat, hay, sunflowers, ethanol, rye, honey, cattle, bison, and pheasants. Ninety-eight percent of the state’s farms are family-owned and operated. Other major industries include manufacturing, defense, financial services, and tourism. Manufactured products account for $1.3B in exports including processed foods, machinery, and transportation equipment. Cybersecurity is a growing industry in South Dakota at the intersection of Defense and Financial Services.

Tom's journey from zero sales on the farm to $3000 in weekly sales in less than 6 months. See the video here https://lnkd.in/e8EPYuUgI think the biggest thing that stuck out to me in this interview was when he said the reason he chose to join my coaching program was "the income potential and helping set the appointments". Tom saw the potential, took a leap of faith, and got the result he desired with our help. The best part is we aren't near finished with Tom, we still have some big goals we are working towards. If you want similar results, I will be happy to explain how we did it, what results you can expect personally, and also provide free resources to get you further in your farming journey. Simply comment "interested" below.
